Tambi has been riding since she was 3 and was involved in Rainbow Vaulters and Pony Club. At the age of 17, she gained her "A" rating. She attended Midway College in Kentucky and achieved a degree in equine business management in 1993. She has been an examiner for many D and C ratings around  the country i.e. Montana, Colorado, Washington and many areas of California. She has competed in preliminary level eventing and hunter/jumper shows and now teaches and trains in Poway.
